We are inviting applications for the role of a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
\nWe\u2019re looking for accounting graduates with significant accounting experience with a sound knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis domain and should have led a team size of ~20 to 25 people.
\nYou\u2019ll be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being an excellent teammate.
\nResponsibilities
\nIn this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to record to report including but not limited to the following:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Lead a FP&A team ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements \u2013 KPI & CPI
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Be responsible for yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting of revenue and all cost lines including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, productivity targets, utilization levels etc. and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor your team\u2019s targets\/budgets and course corrections against plan Vs actual, Client wise presentation of monthly Financials and key financial levers will be a part of this role.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis if deadlines slip
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Be compatible with the Business Accounting teams and internal partners to resolve issues
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Handle multiple partners and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the significant process
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0People Management \u2013 be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations coach for the team.
\nQualifications we seek in you
\nMinimum qualifications
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0B.Com Graduate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Relevant work experience
\nPreferred qualifications
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0CA Inter \/ ICWA Inter \/ Post Graduate \/ MBA Finance
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Very good written and verbal communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Macros \/ VBA an added advantage<\/p>\n
