The Finance Analyst at ABB plays a vital role in supporting Accounts Receivable and General Accounting activities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n

In this role, you\u2019ll contribute to precise financial reporting, data analysis, and adherence to accounting standards, all while driving continuous improvement in financial processes.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Perform general accounting activities, applying techniques and standards for classifying and recording financial transactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage and analyze Record to Report (R2R) data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Execute quality checks on financial data, including fluctuation analysis and reconciliation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance within the General Accounting team, and participate in control testing and documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support Accounts Receivable and Credit operations per ABB\u2019s financial policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist with data gathering, entry, and financial analysis to maintain integrity in financial statements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in finance processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      5 to 8 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R), SAP, and General Ledger Accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Advanced knowledge of SAP in financial domains.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
