We\u2019re looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst \u2013 Intercompany to support our finance operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions while maintaining strong compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure timely and correct tracking, coding, and posting of invoices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities as assigned.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) for accounts payable templates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Participate in internal control testing and maintain required documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity, progress updates, and issue resolution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Verify invoice accuracy and adherence to fiscal and internal control requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with teams to support financial process improvement and consistency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Fresh graduates with post-graduation or 1\u20132 years of experience in Accounts Payable are welcome to apply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong communication and analytical skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      SAP experience in the Accounts Payable domain is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
