As a GCR \u2013 UK Tax Analyst, you\u2019ll be part of a fast-growing team that supports Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) for EY\u2019s clients in the UK market. You\u2019ll gain exposure to global tax practices, build technical knowledge, and develop your professional expertise under the guidance of experienced tax professionals.<\/p>\n

Within our Global Delivery Services (GDS) Tax team, you\u2019ll collaborate with EY professionals across the globe, supporting clients in over 75 countries with innovative tax solutions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and review UK tax returns and other statutory filings in line with compliance requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Demonstrate understanding of basic tax concepts and enhance knowledge through on-the-job learning and client assignments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conduct tax research, analyze data, and apply tax theory to real client situations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality and timely deliverables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist senior team members on special projects and client deliverables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure compliance with EY\u2019s quality and process standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify issues and exceptions, proactively communicating them to engagement teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Education: B.Com \/ M.Com \/ MBA (Finance)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% aggregate with no active backlogs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Tax\/Accounting preferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
