Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for a results-driven Pricing & CPQ Senior Analyst with 3.5\u20135 years of experience implementing and optimizing Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions for mid-size to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in PROS Smart Price Optimization, with strong analytical, technical, and strategic pricing skills.<\/p>\n

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams\u2014including sales, finance, product, and IT\u2014to streamline quoting processes, improve pricing accuracy, and enhance revenue performance through data-driven pricing models and automation.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Provide functional and implementation support for Pricing and CPQ tools such as PROS, PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP\/Oracle Pricing, and Callidus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Build robust pricing models using analytics and AI to track KPIs and develop leadership dashboards through visualization tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conduct pricing diagnostics and gap analysis to align pricing processes with business objectives and sales strategies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support vendor assessment and selection processes (especially for PROS solutions).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Design and implement pricing strategies, including:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      Pricing waterfall<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Competitive and elasticity analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Margin analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Pricing catalog and contract pricing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Improve B2B pricing analytics, perform exploratory analysis and reporting, and recommend target-state pricing models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Work closely with sales teams to drive efficient pricing and discounting structures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Recommend and deploy process improvements with measurable KPIs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation and best practices in pricing and CPQ systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • \n

        3.5\u20135 years of industry and\/or consulting experience in Products, Communications & High Tech, Financial Services, or Resources sectors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience with PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management (POM) and Smart Configure Price Quote (CPQ)\u2014certification is an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Functional experience in pricing of services, products, parts, and post-sales services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Macros, PowerPoint, and exposure to Power BI or Tableau.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Working knowledge of other CPQ tools such as PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP\/Oracle Pricing, or Callidus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
