Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As a Tax Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations for employees on international assignments. This role focuses on managing the tax implications of global mobility, minimizing risk, and ensuring smooth transitions for globally mobile employees.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Tax-Related Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and file India tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support in preparing tax equalization and protection calculations as per client policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle routine tax compliance including:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Withholding and advance tax computations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      PAN applications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      E-TDS returns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Provident Fund (PF) compliances<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Responding to tax notices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Conduct and assist with tax briefings for mobile employees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Address tax-related queries in coordination with senior team members.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Maintain accurate and structured tax documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Stay current on relevant tax laws and global mobility regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Visit Income Tax offices as needed for client requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Support seniors in tax research, billing, collections, and metrics tracking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Management (B.Com \/ BBA \/ BBM \/ BMS).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        0\u201312 months of experience, with mandatory India Tax experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong knowledge in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Excellent communication and analytical skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Organized, punctual, and proactive team player.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
