The role involves handling claim status inquiries, denial management, and underpayment follow-ups while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail, along with a willingness to work in night shifts.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"797\" insurance companies to obtain clarification on denials and underpayments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1055\">\n<p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1055\">Take necessary actions to ensure accurate and timely resolution of claims.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1140\">\n<p data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1140\">Maintain detailed documentation of actions taken in claim billing summary notes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1211\">\n<p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1211\">Prioritize pending claims for follow-up based on the aging report.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1304\">\n<p data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1304\">Make physical calls following international standards and HIPAA compliance requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1402\">\n<p data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1402\">Work on denials, rejections, LOA adjustments, and make appropriate corrections to
