The role involves managing claim follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution of denials and underpayments, and maintaining accuracy in documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good analytical ability, and a willingness to work in night shifts while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"871\"><strong data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"869\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"1567\">\n<li data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"935\">\n<p data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"935\">Initiate calls to obtain the status of claims in the queue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1018\">\n<p data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1018\">Contact insurance companies to clarify denials, rejections, and underpayments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1099\">\n<p data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1099\">Take appropriate actions on claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1182\">\n<p data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1182\">Maintain proper documentation of actions taken in claim billing summary notes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1250\">\n<p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1250\">Prioritize pending claims for follow-up based on aging reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1372\">\n<p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1372\">Make physical calls following international norms and ensure compliance with <strong data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1339\">HIPAA<\/strong> and confidentiality standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1478\">\n<p data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1478\">Handle denials, rejections, and LOA adjustments to accounts and make necessary corrections to claims.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1567\">\n<p data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1567\">Ensure accurate Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1991\">\n<li data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1654\">\n<p data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1654\">Education: Graduate in any discipline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1720\">\n<p data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1720\">Experience: 0\u20132 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1777\">\n<p data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1777\">Good communication skills (both verbal and written).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1855\">\n<p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1855\">Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable \/ US Healthcare RCM is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1905\">\n<p data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1905\">Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1946\">\n<p data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"1946\">Average typing speed (above 25
