The Accounting Services Associate I will be responsible for performing accounting and finance support activities in accordance with defined procedures and quality standards. This entry-level role involves organizing data, reviewing financial documents, and assisting with routine accounting processes under close supervision. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Perform first-level review of accounting documents and processes following standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Review and verify invoices, receipts, and check requests for completeness and accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Understand and address invoice, payment, and receipt-related issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Escalate documents requiring additional review or action to senior team members or supervisors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure all assigned tasks meet productivity and quality targets set by the project lead.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain proper documentation and adhere to compliance and reporting standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Support process improvement initiatives and maintain data accuracy in financial systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Perform additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Experience:<\/strong> 0\u20132 years of experience in accounting or finance operations (freshers may apply).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Familiarity with accounting concepts and ERP tools will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
