Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Area Manager \u2013 Financial Business Analysis to join our Healthcare BPO team. The role plays a key part in driving financial excellence, data-backed decision-making, and strategic improvements across operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with business insight to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance profitability and efficiency.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Analyze financial data including revenue, cost, and margin trends to identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, FP&A, and BI to deliver strategic insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and present periodic financial and performance reports to senior leadership.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Track KPIs and SLAs, linking operational outcomes to financial performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Recommend automation opportunities and process enhancements using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and AI-based analytics platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and financial regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support client reporting and handle ad hoc analysis requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience:<\/strong> 6\u20139 years of total experience, including 3\u20135 years in Financial Analysis or Business Analytics (preferably in a BPO or Healthcare domain).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Hands-on experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and financial reporting platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Soft Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • \n

          Excellent communication and presentation abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
