Manager &#8211; Accounts Receivables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Contract type: Permanent<\/p>\n<p>Location: Chennai \u2013 Guindy<\/p>\n<p>Main Purpose of Job<\/p>\n<p>Accounts Receivable function within the Onecape HUB, to include debt collection, dispute resolution, reporting and SOA reconciliation from the customers that fall under the Onecape product<\/p>\n<p>This will include ensuring SLA\u2019s\/KPI targets are adhered to in accordance with our operational\/financial strategy<\/p>\n<p>Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collection of customer debits in line with credit terms, maintaining a low overdue ratio<\/li>\n<li>Create strong relationships with our customers, to help encourage quicker settlement turnaround<\/li>\n<li>SOA reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Dispute resolution<\/li>\n<li>Customer refunds<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to global bank account verification policy (LOBD)<\/li>\n<li>Reporting i.e. customer SOA\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Transaction posting within internal accounting system (Unit 4)<\/li>\n<li>Communication externally and internally<\/li>\n<li>Escalation on customer where recoverable are overdue<\/li>\n<li>Regular catchups with your team members on their sole accounts<\/li>\n<li>Weekly commentary for AR reporting<\/li>\n<li>Performance reviews of team members<\/li>\n<li>Annual leave management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Deliverables<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily management of the account receivables executives ensuring collections\/targets are being met<\/li>\n<li>Clear communication with internal\/external
