Financial Analyst\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location: Hyderabad.<\/p>\n

You will report to Manager, FP&A<\/p>\n

The CFO organization comprises a broad group of finance disciplines, with the common goal of partnering with business teams delivering strategies and providing our players with amazing experiences. Our finance teams assist the business in achieving profitable creativity by proving financial insight, reporting and guidance. We use progressive tools to analyse and visualize data, telling the story of financial drivers, performance, risks and opportunities. We value attributes like collaboration and learning. Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Forecasting, Planning, and Reporting \u2013 Assist the onshore services team in monthly \/ quarterly forecast and annual planning processes.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables in advance of Quarterly Business Reviews, MBRs, etc.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for discussing plan and forecast numbers, and then load in the system after consulting with the business leaders.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for reporting Actuals, comparing them with plan\/latest forecast and providing commentary for major variances.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Should be able to give heads up to the leaders with respect to any unforeseen expenses,<\/p>\n

Risks & Opportunities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Should have keen eye to details especially in situations where cost reduction is necessary and make recommendations to the leadership.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Work directly with global business partners and help them with the daily finance adhocs<\/p>\n

\u2022 Creation of new Power BI reports whenever there is a business team request for new report\/ info.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Regular interaction with various business partners who are operating from different locations across globe.<\/p>\n

\u2022 High data accuracy & keenness on number matching is a must.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Academic Qualifications \u2013 Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not mandatory. Bachelor\u2019s degree required \u2013 Finance \/ Accounting related field preferred.<\/p>\n

\u2022 3 \u2013 5 years of related Financial and FP&A experience<\/p>\n

\u2022 Demonstrated passion for learning and growing.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Highly motived with an ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent oral \/ written communication and interpersonal skills that enable clear and concise communication to all levels of the organization.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Adept in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
