Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Collaborate with solutioning and advisory teams to identify, design, and deliver finance transformation opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Partner with CFO and FP&A teams to understand financial management challenges and strategic goals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Define target operating models, optimal finance processes, and key internal controls for clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Design and implement planning, budgeting, and forecasting frameworks that enhance visibility and decision-making.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lead finance transformation programs, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Translate business requirements into effective data analytics, planning, and reporting solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Engage with client stakeholders to gather insights, assess processes, and recommend strategic improvements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Work on finance process redesign, shared services (F&A SSC), and digital transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Master\u2019s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      6\u201310 years of experience in finance transformation, CFO advisory, or consulting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proven experience in planning, analytics, record-to-report (R2R), order-to-cash (O2C), and procure-to-pay (P2P) domains.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Expertise in finance process design, transformation roadmaps, and operating model definition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience in client-facing roles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP systems (S\/4HANA, BW) or similar platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • \n

        Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance from a premier institution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience in end-to-end finance transformation and CFO Advisory engagements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Certifications in Planning and Analytics solutions will be an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
