Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Manage Lead to Cash (L2C) operations, including accounts receivable, billing, and cash application activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Analyze receivable accounts, reconcile transactions, and ensure accurate reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle customer payment investigations, refunds, and adjustments efficiently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Execute direct debit processes, netting instructions, and Oracle system updates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor unapplied payments, resolve allocation discrepancies, and ensure timely corrections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to improve process performance and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      2\u20134 years of experience in Lead to Cash (L2C) or Order to Cash (O2C) processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Strong understanding of cash application automation and receivables management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proven ability to meet operational targets with precision and efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
