Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Specialist \u2013 Pricing will play a key role in managing, validating, and processing price contracts and orders, while ensuring accurate handling of price discrepancies within the Order-to-Cash process. This role requires strong analytical and coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining pricing data accuracy.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Manage customer portal activities including price contracts, agreements, and orders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Validate and verify price agreements for accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain and update pricing data in SAP FICO and SD modules.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle price dispute management efficiently and prepare credit\/debit notes as needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Serve as a mentor for new team members and support onboarding activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lead or participate in small-scale process improvement projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless pricing operations and adherence to policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        0 to 1 year<\/strong> of experience in a similar position, ideally in pricing or order management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • \n

          Proficiency in SAP (SD module) and understanding of SAP FICO.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Competence in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
