Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Sr. Analyst \u2013 Loan Processing & Broker Support will play a key role in managing end-to-end administrative and operational processes that enable efficient loan delivery and broker assistance. This position is part of Pierian\u2019s Lending Solutions division, supporting Pierian Solutions, an Australia-based financial services firm specializing in Home Loans, Commercial Loans, Auto Finance, and Refinancing.<\/p>\n

Pierian is a global professional services firm established in 2002, focused on Finance & Accounting, Process Transformation, and Digital Innovation. With a team of 2,500+ professionals across 9 delivery centers in Asia and 5 offices worldwide, Pierian helps organizations enhance efficiency and achieve sustainable growth through value-driven business solutions.<\/p>\n

We are building a Capability Center of over 50 professionals to handle various lending administration activities, including lead follow-ups, credit diary note preparation, valuation tracking, and settlement management. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performance environment supporting brokers and ensuring seamless service delivery.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Execute and oversee end-to-end loan administration and broker support functions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage loan documentation, application tracking, and ensure completeness and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve process-related queries promptly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and improve loan turnaround time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare credit diary notes, track valuations, and coordinate settlements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain compliance with all lending and operational guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage multiple workflows effectively and deliver outcomes under tight deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure high-quality support and maintain accuracy in all documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Banking, or related fields preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Candidates from other disciplines with a strong interest in Lending Administration may also apply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Non-graduates with relevant experience will be considered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • \n

        3\u20135 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in loan administration, data management, or recordkeeping.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience with loan underwriting or processing systems is preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Strong data management and analytical abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Familiarity with loan systems and credit documentation processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
