Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Senior Analyst \u2013 Data Management (Derivatives) will be responsible for executing and managing complex operational activities within the Data Management function, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs). This role requires deep knowledge of financial markets\u2014particularly derivatives and custody operations\u2014along with exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n

The Senior Analyst will represent the team in cross-functional projects while emerging as a subject matter expert within their area of specialization.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Execute daily Data Management operations including routing, coding, SSI setups, call-backs, DSM, and MI reporting with accuracy and timeliness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform in-depth analysis of call-back exceptions and report to controls for appropriate approvals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and service-level commitments (SLAs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support Swift network relationship establishment and ensure smooth settlement data flow.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, middle offices, and external partners to research and resolve exceptions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide analytical support and assist team leaders with daily operations and control activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Demonstrate strong understanding of global financial markets, derivatives products, and the custody environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure effective internal control mechanisms are in place for operational risk management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Strong understanding of Data Management processes, especially within a custody or derivatives operations environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      In-depth knowledge of derivative markets, Swift messaging, and Standing Settlement Instructions (SSI).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and cutoff timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent communication skills\u2014both written and verbal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and client interactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Adaptable to organizational and market changes with a positive, learning-oriented mindset.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Education & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Education: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (BA \/ B.Com \/ BBM \/ MBA \u2013 Finance).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience: Minimum 2+ years of operational experience in Derivatives or Data Management, preferably as Analyst \/ Senior Analyst.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Flexibility to work in APAC, EMEA, or NA shifts as required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Eligibility: Minimum 12 months of experience as Analyst II within the organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
