The Payroll Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Payroll Unit by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, data integrity, and compliance with company and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Process employee payrolls accurately and in compliance with policies and legal requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Manage HR and payroll data gathering, accounting, internal reporting, and tax remittances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare supporting documentation for payroll reports, audits, and tax filings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conduct analysis and reconciliations; resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain adequate documentation to support internal controls and process guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex payroll queries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide training and guidance to new team members.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support leadership during peak volume periods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Strong understanding of payroll principles, accounting practices, and tax compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with payroll systems\/software.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
