As an Intercompany Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform daily operational tasks in the P2P and intercompany processes to support seamless financial reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and execute financial analysis and reports to support informed decision-making.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure compliance with internal control standards over financial reporting within accounts payable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Participate in internal audits, testing, and documentation of financial control processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Review and validate invoices to ensure compliance with fiscal and internal control requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate and organize tasks and projects within the finance process to enhance operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder communication for smooth workflow execution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Education:<\/strong> M.Com \/ MBA (Finance) \/ B.Com with valid academic documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience:<\/strong> 0\u20131 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, or journal entry processing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Hands-on experience or familiarity with SAP systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong analytical and reporting skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Soft Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • \n

          Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
