Genpact is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst \u2013 T&E Audit with 1\u20133 years of experience in finance operations, auditing, or travel & expense management. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing travel and expense (T&E) claims, ensuring adherence to company policies, and utilizing tools such as Concur, Workday, and AppZen. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance and accuracy while supporting process improvements in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Conduct detailed audits of travel and expense (T&E) claims in line with organizational policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Work extensively with T&E platforms such as Concur, Workday, and AppZen for auditing and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify policy exceptions, non-compliance issues, and opportunities for process improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in planning, implementing, and reporting audit findings and project deliverables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate effectively with internal teams and international clients to resolve discrepancies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support new process transitions and documentation of workflows.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Meet and exceed defined SLAs and quality standards consistently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      1\u20133 years of experience in T&E audit, finance operations, or related roles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Japanese and English preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Hands-on experience with Concur, Workday, or AppZen tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
