As a Staff \u2013 Commercial Excellence (Reporting) at EY, you will play a key role in supporting the business through utilisation and revenue reporting. This position focuses on generating actionable insights, analysing financial performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Perform weekly, fortnightly, and monthly utilisation analyses at Service Line, office, and regional levels.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conduct Actual vs Plan performance reviews and prepare month-to-go and year-to-go forecasts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide meaningful commentaries and act as a trusted business advisor to the leadership team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and present sales and pipeline reports with detailed performance insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Design and enhance visuals, graphs, and dashboards for management presentations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with offices and regional teams to gather data, explanations, and feedback.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor and review engagement\/project financials for accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support ad-hoc analytical projects and reporting automation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills and Attributes for Success<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Advanced MS Excel skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and working knowledge of Power BI.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        4\u20136 years of experience in utilisation reporting, management reporting, or financial analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          An MBA in Finance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Experience in resource & capacity operations and project management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
