Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for an Analyst \u2013 Fund Data (US Market) with 1\u20133 years of relevant experience to manage and maintain data for multiple product classes, including Term Loans, Corporate Bonds, Asset-Backed Securities, Equities, Derivatives, and Structured Products.<\/p>\n

The role includes supporting process-related projects, monthly MIS reporting, stakeholder management, risk management, and coordination with Trade Support and Data Governance teams.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Maintain and manage the fund master database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with investment teams to gather and validate fund-related data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Implement processes for onboarding and offboarding of funds.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure high-quality data across Term Loans, Bonds, Equities, Derivatives, and Structured Products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conduct analyses to deliver timely and accurate data within a compliant, error-free framework.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Work with platforms like Reuters Eikon, Markit, Bloomberg; familiarity with BlackRock Aladdin preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Understand corporate structures and relationships between legal entities and parent issuers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Research government registry databases and understand ratings agency processes relevant to financial products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with clients and onshore teams to gather requirements and identify process improvements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist Middle and Back Office operations to ensure efficient and accurate task completion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      1\u20133 years of experience in data governance, data management, or fund administration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong understanding of data quality principles and data governance frameworks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Excel, data visualization tools).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
