As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you\u2019ll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations through invoice processing, account reconciliation, and month-end reporting. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately and on time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reconcile vendor account statements and investigate discrepancies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Verify prices and quantities on invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure proper approval workflow for Non-PO invoices per company policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and provisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and assist with financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with internal teams for purchase order creation and issue resolution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Participate in process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Accurately code and enter 700\u2013800 invoices monthly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform additional administrative and financial tasks as assigned by management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      2\u20134 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP accounting standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems<\/strong> (SAP, Oracle, or similar).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to work under supervision while handling high-volume transactions efficiently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
