As an Accounts Receivable Specialist II, you will play a key role in managing and stabilizing the collections and receivables process for global accounts. This position demands strong communication skills, hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, and an active interest in applying AI-based solutions to enhance process efficiency. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Conduct proactive collection calls and follow up with customers\/accounts on outstanding balances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Send, monitor, and document collection-related emails daily.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage end-to-end collections processes including follow-ups, dispute resolution, and payment tracking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Escalate overdue accounts promptly while maintaining detailed and accurate system records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Utilize applications such as SAP, Salesforce, and HighRadius for account management, tracking, and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with internal teams to stabilize and streamline collection processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure consistent achievement of productivity and quality performance metrics as an individual contributor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Education:<\/strong> B.Com or other relevant degree.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience:<\/strong> 3\u20134 years in B2B or B2C collections, preferably in an international business environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and HRC (or equivalent ERP\/CRM systems).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM IST \u2013 4 AM IST).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Interest in utilizing AI tools and technologies for continuous process improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
