Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 2\u20133 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable processes, vendor management, and statutory compliances such as TDS and GST. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth financial operations.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Verify and reconcile vendor statements; investigate and resolve discrepancies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure timely payments to vendors as per agreed credit terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle TDS and GST calculations, documentation, and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Record and maintain all accounting entries related to vendor invoices and payments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals and clarifications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain and update vendor master data in accordance with company policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      2\u20133 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong knowledge of vendor invoice processing, TDS, GST, and accounting entries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or SAP.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
