Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, is looking for a PTP Specialist (Purchase-to-Pay) to join our APJ TD SYNNEX Data team. The role involves driving financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) processes across front and back-office organizations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial operations, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, multinational environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Drive and provide financial support in the Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) processes for APJ TD SYNNEX Data\u2019s front and back-office organizations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collect, validate, and post invoices and credit memos issued during the PTP process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reconcile Goods Received (GR) and Invoice Received (IR) accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reconcile vendor accounts and request and validate missing documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with vendors to resolve queries identified during the PTP process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Validate and post documents received daily from vendors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reconcile and ensure the posting of documents generated during the month\/quarter; resolve General Ledger discrepancies and GR\/IR queries during close activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) daily in coordination with country teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain and update the vendor master database.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Participate in system enhancement testing and process improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with finance and purchasing departments across APJ subsidiaries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure timely completion of SLAs and KPIs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reconcile and manage vendor debt payments efficiently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience:<\/strong> 3\u20135 years in a similar role, preferably in a shared services environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Over 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or finance departments is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong service orientation with the ability to manage customer expectations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proactive, flexible, and organized with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
