Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The ACR Contractor will play a key role in executing multi-country Corporate and Group Accounting processes, including General Ledger management, Balance Sheet reconciliation, and month-end close activities. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with Global Engagement Leaders and gain exposure to international accounting standards and best practices.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, and GL activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure timely completion of month-end closure, reconciliations, and reporting in line with client compliance calendars.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare monthly management reports and cash flow statements for assigned entities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored accounting solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain engagement dashboards and provide updates on project progress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Respond promptly and accurately to client queries and audit requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Uphold accuracy, consistency, and quality across all financial processes and deliverables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Attributes for Success<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      1\u20133 years of core accounting experience (AP, AR, GL).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong understanding of IFRS and international accounting standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent written and verbal communication in English (knowledge of foreign languages like French or Spanish is a plus).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prior experience in a shared services or multinational environment preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Commerce (B.Com \/ M.Com) or CA Inter.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Overall 2\u20133 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
