Financial Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Manage day-to-day finance operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Take initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational effectiveness, and reduce manual interventions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Oversee settlement processes, personal loan transactions, and handle customer queries related to financial details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, and Loan Management Systems (LMS).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Problem Solving and Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Apply strong analytical skills to identify trends, evaluate financial data, and solve complex operational challenges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective financial solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Prepare and maintain MIS data and monthly reports for management review.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

          Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (CA Inter, CMA, etc.) is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Experience:<\/strong> 2\u20134 years of progressive experience in finance operations, preferably in lending or fintech.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Hands-on experience with settlement processes, payment gateways, and reconciliation systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Proficiency in financial reporting tools, Excel, and MIS preparation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
