    Oversee the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Draft, review, and maintain contract documentation in line with organizational and client requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Enter and manage contract data in organizational databases and repositories.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor contractual performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and deliverables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Participate in strategy meetings to address client needs and potential risks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Abstract and summarize key contract terms in standardized formats.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Develop and maintain contract templates, SOPs, and documentation standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Experience:<\/strong> 3\u20136 years of relevant experience in contract management, legal documentation, or procurement operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong understanding of contract management principles and best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in drafting, summarizing, proofreading, and reviewing agreements and related documents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software\/tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Sound understanding of contract terms and their business\/legal implications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
