The Analyst \u2013 Purchase to Pay (P2P) plays a vital role in supporting Philips\u2019 finance and procurement functions by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all purchase-to-pay activities. This position is responsible for verifying invoices, maintaining purchase records, documenting transactions, resolving discrepancies, and adhering to internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.<\/p>\n

As part of a global health technology leader, the Analyst \u2013 P2P will contribute to operational excellence by enabling smooth and transparent financial processes. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Support end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Execute assigned P2P tasks accurately and efficiently, meeting all quality and timeline requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Adhere to internal control systems to prevent errors, fraud, and inefficiencies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Document purchase transactions and maintain accurate financial records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Enter and manage purchase data in accounting and procurement systems for accurate tracking and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in resolving routine purchase, delivery, or payment issues while maintaining positive vendor relationships.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Continuously update knowledge of best practices and industry trends through professional development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or Finance operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Proficiency in data entry, document management, and financial systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
