Conduent is seeking an experienced Accounting Services Associate II to join our finance operations team. The role focuses on executing day-to-day accounting tasks, reviewing invoices, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation in line with established procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Perform first-level reviews of accounting transactions and documents following standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Process invoices, receipts, payments, and check requests within defined timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues that require further investigation or approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics set by the project team lead.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Perform data entry, reconciliation, and general accounting support tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and company standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      1\u20133 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting services, or finance operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Basic understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong organizational, analytical, and data management skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Ability to follow standard operating procedures with precision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
