Position Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

EY is looking for a detail-oriented Account Payable Support professional to manage and administer the Travel & Expense (T&E) process through the Concur system. The role ensures compliance, accuracy, and smooth finance operations while supporting global stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Administer and maintain the Concur T&E system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support the Accounts Payable team in day-to-day T&E operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor system updates, apply configuration changes, and ensure seamless finance system integration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Update employee-related information (joiners, leavers, salary bands, policy changes) in Concur.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with HR and Finance to validate and maintain accurate employee data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Generate and analyze T&E reports, highlight anomalies, and share management insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Track expense trends, escalate exceptions or policy breaches, and ensure compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage system access rights for employees and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide user support for Concur-related issues and employee queries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with UK and India teams to improve processes and enhance user experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in audits and compliance reviews by preparing documentation and responses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Functional Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Strong knowledge of Concur or equivalent expense management systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in system administration, finance operations, and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Understanding of T&E policies, audit, and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Graduate\/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          5\u20138 years of relevant experience in finance operations, system administration, or T&E management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Expertise in Concur or similar expense management platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
