Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

UnitedLex India Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst \u2013 AR Billing to join our Finance team in Gurgaon. The role involves managing client billing processes, preparing invoices, monitoring e-billing progress, handling deductions, and ensuring billing functions are executed efficiently and accurately. This position provides an excellent opportunity to build expertise in the contract-to-cash cycle while working closely with project managers and accounting teams.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Compile and bill attorney hours per contract specifications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and issue debit\/credit memos, customer statements, and cancellations as needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor e-billing progress and track the status of billed invoices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Review pre-bills, identify insufficient entries, and request revisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Revise and resubmit short-paid or rejected invoices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Follow up on delinquent payments and resolve billing concerns.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Gather and organize supporting documentation for expense charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain updated master files with special billing instructions and customer contact information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with accounting departments and project managers on billing-related tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in providing audit materials as requested.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      0\u20132 years of experience in an AR Billing or similar finance role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Knowledge of the contract-to-cash cycle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Good research and analytical skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to create dashboards\/reports in Excel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
