Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a Process Specialist \u2013 Record to Report to perform moderately complex record-to-report activities, ensuring accurate financial data for external reporting and decision-making. This role involves collaborating with multiple businesses and banks, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and driving process improvements. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence while supporting audit and compliance initiatives.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Execute record-to-report activities, including journal entries, intercompany transactions, month\/quarter-end close, fixed asset accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and tax accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage cost and profit center allocations, bank accounting, and reconciliations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Calculate and monitor foreign exchange exposures; communicate risks and support risk management procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain and update standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with company accounting policies, statutory, and tax regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Build and maintain strong business partnerships with customers, clients, and internal teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support internal and external audit activities as needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (3+ years preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong knowledge of record-to-report processes, statutory reporting, and tax regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Familiarity with foreign exchange risk management is an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to work independently with limited supervision and contribute to continuous improvements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
