Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As a Finance Process & Ops Associate (FP&A), you will be part of our Finance Operations vertical, responsible for delivering insights that drive financial outcomes. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting \u2014 supporting critical business decisions and ensuring the financial health of the organization.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Collect operational data and reports to determine financial outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in scenario modeling and performance reporting to strengthen decision-making.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Solve routine financial and operational problems using established guidelines and precedents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Work under detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction for new assignments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with team members and report directly to supervisors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Function as an individual contributor with a focused scope of responsibilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Strong foundation in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      B.Com \/ Chartered Accountant \/ Master of Financial Management (mandatory).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      1\u20133 years of relevant finance or FP&A experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n
