Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a Specialist \u2013 Accounts Payable to join our Shared Service Centre in India. This role is responsible for transaction processing, invoice management, supplier communication, and travel expense processing within the Accounts Payable team. The position offers exposure to global operations and requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Process and monitor incoming invoices in Nextgen, Invoice Monitor, and BW. Ensure approval workflows are completed to meet predefined payment terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with other MANN+HUMMEL departments to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and maintain GR\/IR reports and other periodic or ad-hoc reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Respond to supplier queries via phone and email, providing accurate feedback and required information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Process and formally control travel expense orders received from MH Group employees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Propose and support process improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure process documentation is current; assist with reviewing and updating Process Maps, Work Step Documents, and Manuals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform assigned duties with support from mentors\/team leads during the initial training phase (3\u20136 months).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Undertake other responsibilities as requested by the line manager.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Technical Skills:<\/p>\n

        SAP Financials (FICO mandatory; SD knowledge an added advantage).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Prior experience in controlling, reporting, or data analysis will be an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience in a Shared Service Centre environment with knowledge of ticketing tools, SLAs, and KPIs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Flexibility to work in a 24\u00d75 shift model.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Service-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Experience Required<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        • \n

          2\u20134 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Shared Service Centre operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n
