Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The role involves processing General Ledger and sub-ledger transactions, preparing trial balances, managing period-end close activities, and supporting audit and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Process General Ledger and sub-ledger transactions accurately and within timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and review period-end trial balances by Business Units to ensure completeness and accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage trial balance and close the books according to business unit and account-specific requirements, adhering to hard close deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure compliance with GAAP standards when posting General Ledger transactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support regulatory compliance efforts by maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries effectively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Mentor and oversee Staff Accountants and Junior Accountants to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Facilitate continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Extract, analyze, and summarize financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in achieving clean audit opinions by ensuring no unadjusted differences or errors within controllable areas during audits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Mandatory)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      1\u20133 years of relevant accounting experience, including General Ledger, trial balance preparation, and month-end closing activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proven ability to manage or support a team, demonstrating leadership or mentoring capabilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n
