This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Accounts Payable process while providing consistent administrative and financial support to internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"731\">Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"1185\">\n<li data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"816\">\n<p data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"816\">Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"888\">\n<p data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"888\">Verify, process, and record invoices in line with company policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"944\">\n<p data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"944\">Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1008\">\n<p data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"1008\">Assist in reconciliations and month-end closing activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1102\">\n<p data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1102\">Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1185\">\n<p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1185\">Uphold accounting standards and ensure compliance with hotel finance policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1220\">Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1589\">\n<li data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1283\">\n<p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1283\">Certificate or qualification in Finance and\/or Accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1413\">\n<p data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1413\">1\u20132 years of work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk in a hotel, large organization, or accounting firm (preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1466\">\n<p data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1466\">Strong organizational and administrative skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1540\">\n<p data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1540\">High attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1589\">\n<p data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1589\">Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1613\">Why Join Us?<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1855\">At Hyatt Regency Thrissur, you\u2019ll be part of a global hospitality brand known for excellence and care.
