This role will be responsible for managing AP\/AR operations, ensuring accurate reporting, handling stakeholder communication, and supporting financial close processes. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration, growth, and impact.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"893\">Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"1626\">\n<li data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"981\">\n<p data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"981\">Manage accounting processes for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1066\">\n<p data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1066\">Conduct debtor report analysis, including ageing analysis and collection status.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1132\">\n<p data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1132\">Ensure timely delivery of ad-hoc reports and reconciliations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1228\">\n<p data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1228\">Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoices, documents, and payments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1294\">\n<p data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1294\">Support senior stakeholder management with financial updates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1386\">\n<p data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1386\">Work on details and reconciliations related to balance confirmations from mutual funds.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1464\">\n<p data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1464\">Review weekly remittance details from MF and ensure adjustments are made.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1527\">\n<p data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1527\">Provide regular updates on invoice status to stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1626\">\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1626\">Support additional reporting and activities during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1661\">Skills & Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"2153\">\n<li data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1734\">\n<p data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1734\"><strong data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1678\">Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce or Finance (preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1836\">\n<p data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1836\"><strong data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1752\">Experience:<\/strong> 1\u20133 years of experience in AP\/AR operations, reporting, or related finance roles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1878\">\n<p data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1878\">Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"1941\">\n<p data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"1941\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"2017\">\n<p data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"2017\">Strong communication skills, including email writing and presentations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2075\">\n<p data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2075\">Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving
