Job Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Record daily financial transactions including sales, quotations, purchases, and expenses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage accounts payable and receivable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support internal and external audit processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and company policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      0\u20132 years of experience in finance or accounting (internships or fresher experience acceptable).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
