Job Description<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive\u00a0to support our Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed Price (FP) projects. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing invoices, reconciling pre-bills with actuals, ensuring accuracy in project financials, and working closely with stakeholders to drive timely and efficient billing.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Draft billing for T&M and FP projects and share with billing leads for review.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Create pre-bill invoices for clients as requested.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform monthly reconciliation of actuals vs. pre-bill.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Rectify and adjust billable time entries in projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain and update details for project master data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Keep an up-to-date forecast of resources engaged in projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Adhere to established timelines and SLA for billing processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with Billing Leads, Account Teams, and Business Managers to complete monthly billing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Contribute to process improvement, simplification, and automation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      1\u20133 years of prior experience in Accounts Receivable \/ Billing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Index, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience working with ERP systems (preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) as the role is client-facing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
