As a member of our Payroll Unit, you will play a key role in processing employee payrolls, managing reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Process employee payrolls, including HR and payroll data gathering, processing, and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and support related filings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist with accounting, internal reporting, audits, and external wage\/tax remittances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare proper documentation in support of internal controls and process guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Analyze, reconcile, and resolve payroll-related issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with subject matter experts on complex payroll queries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide peer training to newer team members and support leadership during high-volume periods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Actively contribute to process improvements within the payroll function.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
