Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for a Senior Executive \u2013 General Ledger (R2R) with 2\u20136 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. The role involves end-to-end general ledger accounting, period-end closing, audit support, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting process improvements.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Process General Ledger and sub-ledger transactions in an accurate and timely manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare period-end trial balances by Business Units.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage trial balances and close books in accordance with CUSTOMER requirements and hard close timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure clean audit opinion without unadjusted differences or controllable errors identified by auditors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Respond promptly to queries from internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support compliance with regulations and ensure GAAP adherence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Oversee and monitor deliverables of Staff Accountants and Junior Accountants.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure all activities are completed within CLIENT-specified due dates and SLAs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drive continuous process improvements and proper documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with onsite Team Leads and Managers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Extract, analyze, and summarize financial data, providing actionable recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • \n

      Education: CA inter , CMA india<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience: 2\u20136 years in General Ledger \/ R2R Accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong expertise in General Ledger Accounting, R2R, Record to Report, and GL processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n
