In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the accounts receivable and related accounting functions, while maintaining Hyatt International\u2019s corporate strategies and brand standards. You will contribute to department efficiency, compliance, and guest\/owner satisfaction.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"687\"><strong data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"685\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"1171\">\n<li data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"753\">\n<p data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"753\">Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Receivable function.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"847\">\n<p data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"847\">Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"910\">\n<p data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"910\">Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"993\">\n<p data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"993\">Support internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1097\">\n<p data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1097\">Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1171\">\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1171\">Provide leadership, training, and support to junior accounting staff.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1211\"><strong data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1209\">Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1623\">\n<li data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1294\">\n<p data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1294\">Degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality\/Tourism Management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1425\">\n<p data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1425\">Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Accounting Clerk in a larger operation (hospitality industry preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1499\">\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1499\">Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1566\">\n<p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1566\">Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1623\">\n<p data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1623\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1655\"><strong data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1653\">Why Join Hyatt?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1940\">At Hyatt, we believe in fostering a culture of care that supports personal and professional growth.
