We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in a leading MEP and construction firm. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by focusing on project costing, sales performance evaluation, and profitability analysis. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Costing & Budget Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Analyze direct and indirect project costs to ensure accurate costing and pricing strategies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Evaluate cost variances and recommend corrective measures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project and departmental budgets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Sales & Revenue Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Track sales trends and gross margins by product, customer, and business segment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prepare sales performance dashboards and monthly management reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Support sales forecasting and planning processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Project Financial Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • \n

        Monitor project financial performance, including cost-to-complete and budget vs. actual analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Conduct post-project profitability reviews.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Collaborate with project teams to align outcomes with financial targets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Reporting & Insights<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • \n

          Develop financial models to assess investments and cost-saving opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Assist with month-end closing and management reporting activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Collaboration & Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Work closely with project managers, procurement, and operations to gather accurate financial data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and financial policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • \n

              Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or auditing, ideally in a project-based or construction environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Strong knowledge of costing methodologies and financial modeling.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
