As a Junior Accountant at Tumodo, you\u2019ll play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Manage accounting entries, bookkeeping, and day-to-day financial operations (invoicing, payments, handling accounting inquiries)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP): prepare journal entries, maintain AR\/AP aging reports, and ensure timely collections and payments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lead accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings, prepare reconciliations, and support audits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in VAT return preparation and submission; maintain asset depreciation schedules<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and explain results<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Streamline accounting processes and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with headquarters on inter-company transactions and related financial matters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Must-Have:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      1\u20132 years of relevant experience in the Travel Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel<\/strong> and familiarity with ERP systems<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong verbal and written communication skills in English<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
