Position<\/strong> Overview<\/h4>\n

We are looking for a Finance Process & Ops Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. This role focuses on supporting Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. You will help translate operational data into valuable financial insights that guide strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform variance analysis to support business strategy and decision-making<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reconcile financial transactions and reports to ensure data accuracy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conduct scenario modeling and performance reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze operational data<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Interact primarily with peers and supervisors within Accenture; limited client exposure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Deliver tasks with moderate supervision and contribute as an individual contributor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • \n

      Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial operations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Willingness to work in rotational shifts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
