Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Procopi Pools is looking for a skilled and experienced\u00a0 Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4\u20135 years of accounting experience, a strong understanding of financial processes, and hands-on expertise with Tally software. This role involves handling core accounting functions, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other filings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain accurate financial records and documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      4 to 5 years of experience in accounting roles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in Tally is mandatory<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
