This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"688\"><strong data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"686\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"1223\">\n<li data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"757\">\n<p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"757\">Perform month-end closing activities and account reconciliations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"828\">\n<p data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"828\">Prepare journal entries for accruals, variances, and amortizations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"903\">\n<p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"903\">Analyze and maintain records for prepaid expenses and cost allocations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"990\">\n<p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"990\">Reconcile intercompany transactions and sub-ledger balances (AR, AP, Fixed Assets)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1060\">\n<p data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1060\">Assist with foreign currency accounting and cash flow preparation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1101\">\n<p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1101\">Support internal and external audits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1159\">\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1159\">Review financial statements and investigate variances<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1223\">\n<p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1223\">Maintain proper documentation in line with company policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1255\"><strong data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1253\">Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1471\">\n<li data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1308\">\n<p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1308\">B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, or CA-Intermediate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1348\">\n<p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1348\">0 to 3 years of relevant experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1412\">\n<p data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1412\">Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1471\">\n<p data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1471\">Prior experience in general accounting is an advantage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1504\"><strong data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1502\">Skills Required:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1679\">\n<li data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1579\">\n<p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1579\">Proficiency in MS Office;
