Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AR Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong billing experience, a solid foundation in accounting, and excellent communication skills to manage client invoicing and collections efficiently.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Prepare client invoices as per billing agreements and instructions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Generate and process intercompany invoices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Issue and submit invoices to clients, including uploads on client self-service portals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and issue credit memos when necessary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Generate monthly statements of accounts for both internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date project billing information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Organize and manage all billing-related project documentation in a centralized repository.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Commerce.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      CA Intermediate qualification will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      2\u20133 years of post-qualification experience in a similar AR or billing role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prior experience in a multinational company is preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Basic accounting knowledge is essential.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Working knowledge of Oracle or any major ERP system is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
